Blanching Line Features:
- Vibratory Conveyor Nº2 fitted with foreign material screen and fines screen.
- Product aspiration at in-feed.
- De-stoner included to remove metal, stones, glass.
- Continuous weigher registers product entering line.
- All elevators fitted with programmable anti-blocking system.
- 2 Blanching units, each fitted with 4 rollers – giving maximum yield and minimum splits.
- WOLVERINE PROCTOR & SCHWARTZ Dryer-Roaster-Cooler for optimum efficiency and performance. Integrated high-pressure wash system. Option of air cooling module in cooling zone. Fully programmable touch-screen control.
- SATAKE-ESM Scanmaster optical sorter. 410 model recommended with 8 CCD cameras. 15 channel primary sort (3 chutes) with 5 re-sort channels (1 chute).
- Manual inspection conveyor with 2 separate channels for removed product.
- Metal detector prior to packing
- Programmable Batch weigher to pack in boxes or sacks
