 The New Satake Optical Sorter increases recovery, achieves greater capacity and is more hygienic, efficient and user-friendly.

Significant Improvements:
 
- Recovery: The effective area of the resort chute is selectable with 13 or 27 channels. The chute increases resort recovery by achieving a higher reject concentration , therefore, improving the profitability of our customers.

- Capacity: The new hopper and feeder designs deliver greater and more controlled throughput for all products.

- Hygienic:  The aeration  system has been  redesigned to eliminate bran and dust buid-up inside the sorter. The wiper activates automatically when bran accumulates on the optical section, insuring the sorter stays clean, thereby, providing consistent performance.

- Efficient: All electronics and software have been newly designed. Changes to both the mechanical design and the digital processing technology have improved the sorting efficiency.

- User-Friendly : The sorter is equipped with an improved LCD touch screen. The new software provides several central automatic features. It also employs two operation modes; Maintenance and Operation. In Maintenance mode, the optimum product settings are determined and saved. In Operation mode, sorting is resumed to where only limited essential adjustments can be made, reducing operation problems.
