SATAKE Rice Analyzer - RGQI 20A
SATAKE Rice Analyzer. Inspects and measures the quality of appearance of rice grains.
CORRECT AND PRECISE TECHNOLOGY
- Analyze Rice by Measuring Grain by Grain
The Satake Rice Analyzer inspects and measures the quality of appearance of rice grains one by one using three sensors and image processing. A statistical analysis of results is given on the inbuilt display.
- Measuring from Three Directions
The Satake Rice Analyzer is equipped with three directions (front/rear/side), immature and slightly discolored grain can be identified.
- Multiple Image Analysis
The measurement of six sample images from RED, GREEN and BLUE sensors as well as Transmitted Light level, allows Contour and Slanting rays to be measured simultaneously. Any cracked grains become easily identifiable.
- Measuring Two Thousand Segments
Since each image is divided into two thousand views per sensor, Satakes Rice Analyzer easily measures lenght, width, thickness and subject area. Even slight differences of grain color and deformity can be correctly identified. Subject volume can also be employed to discriminate between grains.
- Measuring Whiteness
The Satake Rice Analyzer measures whiteness using an image processing technique. Since it inspects grains one at a time the system can plot the distribution of the spread of whiteness on the inbuilt screen.
- Distinction Algorithm by Satake
As data is calculated using an exclusive discriminating algorithm, correct and precise results can be obtained instantaneously.
