New SATAKE Full Color Belt Sorter installed at ALMENDRAS ARTIGUES, Pedreguer.
The new machine reaches a high degree of efficiency thanks to the new selection system
based on color vision. It can detect and remove similar colored materials.

just installed a SATAKE Full Color Belt Sorter
CS-300BI-C on the Almendras Artigues facilities, Pedreguer, Alicante.
This machine has a belt instead of a ramp that allows the machine to select the product with great effectiveness. The part of the defective product is selected and expelled from the product flow through the pressurized air jets located at the bottom of the machine.
It is also able to select and discard plastic and other foreign materials. It features a full color camera using three lenses simultaneously, which correspond to red (R), green (G) and blue (B).
