NEW precision Separator-Grader for cleaning and/or grading all kinds of nuts, pulses and seeds.

In our pursuit to improve the quality of our products, our Production & Development Team work non-stop to create solutions to the problems that processing products like almonds and other nuts and seeds might incur.

Thanks to new production technologies and the incorporation of new tools and machinery in our installations - including new plasma welding equipment - we are making big improvements to our products. We put ourselves in our clients’ position, and do everything possible to produce the most suitable machines for their needs.

The new Separator-Grader MQ-SEPAR147 is made for separating and/or grading almonds, hazelnuts, cereals and seeds like sunflower seeds, pulses, etc

We applied our many years of experience in it’s construction, in order to create a more efficient and durable machine.

Three different finishes are available: Carbon Steel with food-grade paint, Carbon Steel with all Stainless Steel product contact and a machine completely made from Stainless Steel.

We have also developed a new steel screen-shaker and a new distribution system.

The Separator-Grader has a new optimised aspiration system adjustment, with the option to control it electrically and automated with memory.

We have also created a new screen fixing system that is still compatible with previous models screens, making it easier for clients to upgrade their installations without having to start from scratch.

Having taken into account the importance of simple maintenance and applying the hygiene needs of the food sector, the new Separator-Grader is very easy to clean, which will also prolong the machine’s working life.
