NEW MODULAR SHELLING GROUP FOR MEDITERRANEAN ALMONDS INSTALLED IN HELLÍN, ALBACETE.
The company Almendras de la Mancha recently inaugurated a new shelling line for processing Mediterranean almonds. This line represents an important step forward for JOSÉ BORRELL, S.A. as it includes several innovative features.
The Modular Group includes our New Shelling machine model 20/30 MQ-215 and the New Separator MQ-147, two emblematic machines for our company, both recently completely re-designed, with major improvements to capacity and efficiency.
This line is designed to shell upwards of 4000 kg/hr of all types of almonds, producing more than 1000 kg/hr of top quality meats.
The installation is completely automated and computer controlled by means of various easy-to-use touch-screen terminals.
The group includes Reception and Pre-Cleaning and an Optical Sorting section after shelling featuring SATAKE-ESM optical sorters.
The line also incorporates a full set of newly designed JOSÉ BORRELL,S.A. Weighers for production control and packing. |
