New BORRELL cleaning line featuring Satake ULTRASCAN with Multiple Wavelength Technology to continuously sort all types of almond products.
Computer controlled, high capacity line features:
variable speed control feed system with integrated screening
dual aspirators for internal cleaning of optical sorter and fines removal.
New anti-blocking system fitted as standard to “C” type multi-circuit elevator
accept conveyor to maximise quality
continuous resort of primary reject to maximise efficiency.
Apart from this line, BORRELL is installing a Full Color Sorter machine, to improve the cleaning line.
The Satake Full Color Sorter can even detect and reject materials of similar color.
A Belt is incorporated instead of a chute which enables the sorter to handle round materials with high accuracy.
