NEW RGB CS-300 Full Color Belt Sorter installed at FRUTOS SECOS CASTELLON, S.L.
This Cooperative, based in Cabanes, Castellón recently installed an ULTRASCAN 4 to optically sort the almonds being produced by the BORRELL shelling line in an adjecent factory.
After the success of this line, they have now installed the new SATAKE Belt Sorter to clean both natural or blanched almonds.
The RGB (red - green – blue) belt machine uses Full Color Cameras to effectively remove defects – even those a a very similar colour, due to the resolution and precision of the optics employed.
Production is around 1500 kg/hr, depending on incoming defect level.
