Borrell added to its facilities a new machine next generation tool that combines laser cutting and punching technology.
With the intention of making further progress, Borrell added to its facilities a new machine tool that combines the latest laser cutting and punching technology.
The new machine complements those acquired in previous years (laser cutting machine, new brakes cnc machines, welding robot; Line CNC profile cutting, automated storage systems, new paint booths, New CNC milling machine; New lathe etc), when combined, allow you to run two different processes depending on the needs of the moment.
This equipment has some outstanding features, the combined working surface is 2540x1570mm. Its versatility and intelligent automation ensures high quality in terms of manufacturing processes and maximum operator safety.
Through these processes increase the quality of our products. In addition to implement technological improvements which involves the implementation of these processes, it has been installed a CAM software system that enables to optimize both the hardware and work times.
