MISHKEY HADAROM inaugurated a new Borrell line for shelling almonds in Israel

Mishkey Hadarom, one of the most significative companies in the country, entrusted us this work. The New Line was inaugurated on August 28th.
The Israeli government minister of Agriculture, Shalom Simhon, attended the inauguration and enjoyed with the explanations about how the machinery works. He visited the facilities and inspect the results.
The line is designed to shell soft and semihard clean almonds (without leaves, sticks, stones, etc.) including a pre-cleaning group before shelling with hulling machines.
Includes also a new rotary system to distribute and feed the shelling group.
pre-cleaning line
This is a patented shelling system – it doesn´t produce "embedded" shell, and it does not need difficult adjustments. Double roller sheller to shell any harder almonds in the lot.
Separation of shell and kernel with interchangable screens and adjustable aspiration.\r\n\r\n- Separation of partially shelled via rollers that are adjustable to tenths of a millimeter.
Transport of Kernels in a “C” elevator with anti-blocking system .
The line includes a complete electronic sorting solution powered by Satake's ScanMaster®
.
Weight control of incoming and outgoing product. Modular platform that is totally installed with screws, this way being easily installed and disinstalled.
Control panels with PC and touch-screens.
