Borrell presented the new series of machines for the production of almond, peanut, hazelnut or pistachio flour. This new machine introduces significant innovations compared to other models, among which include: Hygienic design, rapid cleaning, robustness, precision, digital displays, top quality in the final product and increased production.
This machine is available in two models and sizes:
- MQ MODEL 719: Roller 400 mm, with an average capacity of 900 lbs / h (400 kg / h)
- MQ MODEL 720: Roll of 700 mm, with an average capacity of 1450 lbs / h (650 kg / h)
- Full HYGIENIC DESIGN: All areas in contact with the product are readily available and quick to clean, with air, steam or water pressure.
- EASY OPERATION AND RELIABILITY: The new design is also robust, reliable and easy to operate, through improvements in the machine settings, with digital adjustment indicators and high precision. Optionally can be adjusted electrically as well as write and read user settings.
- High QUALITY and LOW OIL PRODUCTION: milling systems (marble or stainless steel, depending on the application) have been fully optimized for maximum quality, minimum production of granules and oils. To ensure this high quality continuously, the machine has a cooling system (air conditioning) that keeps the machine always in optimum conditions of operation.

This machine is available for testing and demonstrations in our exhibit area (showroom)
