Patented eccentric motion of the rollers to peel, to always keep the center between rollers and greater precision in the adjustment and positioning.
  • Peeling roller system lightweight and modular, allowing the rollers assembled and disassembled easily and ergonomically.
  • No forklifts or cranes are require and the machine is designed so that the rollers can be drawn frequently and effortlessly.
  • The skins blowing is performed by adjustable air curtains, allowing use high pressure turbines installed remotely, avoiding fans installed in the machine body for easy cleaning and hygienic design.
  • Dual pass system, 4 rollers in total, having each one direct and independent engines, obtaining a very high efficiency and quality of peeled and avoiding product damage.
